Resignation
« on: 12 April 2013, 13:46 »
Hello to all,

I am not sure if this is the right place to put this message, however it is the best one I could find.

I wanted to let you all know that as the subject states as of last night I have resigned from DW also from TNA.

I will briefly summarize here the reason why I did this, because I feel I owe you at least that much. I put it in the gchat yesterday, but that was a brief notifier and could have been missed in all the chatter.

Firstly, this isn't any form of rage quit, I write this after a good night of sleep and accept all consequences regarding my DW forum rights etc.

Secondly, I was really surprised on the negative feedback in last night's meeting and felt, and still feel, a decision between DW and FSV would be unavoidable for me anyway and therefore 'ripped of the bandage'. You are all fun and nice people to play with and I will definetly keep playing with those who also like to play with me.

Thirdly FSV for  me feels like a real nice clean W3 start, I know Lad c.s. are moving mountains to get organized W3 going within DW, I myself contributed through the forum as well, and I know they will succeed, because of his drive, however after consultation I feel FSV W3 goals fit mine better and I was planning on focussing my time on W3 only anyways so a W3 only guild with the same aspirations as mine is the logical choice and I am sorry if anybody things it is the easy way out.

As mentioned in the meeting last night and I will stress it again here, I did NOT get recruited. I was running with my regular mates in W3 the other night and had an awesome run, but they were running FSV so I wondered what it was and inquired and found their W3 goals to be mine and found it proven that night so asked to be invited. I thought it would not be a problem, since FSV is W3 only and multi-guild-representation is not an issue in DW, however after the guild meeting I felt it is/would be an issue and to avoid conflict (tbh had enough of that spread around lately) decided to make a clean break. Please don't feel offended, it is no personal attack on anyone, it is just one of the many decisions I make daily as an adult :), more importantly it is the right one for me personally.

As an other topic in the forum states: Thanks for all the fish :)

The best of luck to you all in-game as well as irl. I had a great run with you guys, but now it is time for me to move on and focus.

Kind regards,
Alysfa

P.S. For a chat you can still find me on TS ofc ;)

I also run with FSV, but only at times when DW wvw activity is low. I hope that there will be no problems with that from either side in the future.
