« on: 19 May 2013, 08:08 »
Im geting a youtube channel set up with some GW2 videos. Problem is my videos look way to basic becouse im using windows movie maker as my video editing software. Does anyone know of any software that I can use to give my videos a more epic since of uniqness. Somthing that will allow me the freedom to make an aswome intro.

Depends if you're talking about legal channels  ;D else I have a nice copy of Adobe Premiere for you.

Let me give you a few pro-tips:
* Always use big colourful letters over the gameplay to explain what you're doing. People can't tell from the actual clip what is happening.

* The only soundtrack you should use are from Linkin Park, or Bodies by Drowning Pool. Never Gonna Give You Up by Rick Astley is also acceptable for epic lulz.

* Edit out parts where you got owned, and use jumpcuts to skip boring parts. Or else everyone will shun you like you have leprosy.

* Use sounds from Quake, TF2, and Unreal to make things funny. For example, when doing a finishing move in WvW, edit in a "HEADSHOT" sound. This will make you 1337.

* Optionally, you can talk about boring life stuff no on cares about while you're recording. People will think you're very social, and that your lover is waiting in bed while you're playing games.

I hope you like my tips, and good luck getting views on YouTube O0
