I was thinking maybe the new Carrie movie....but according to imdb that's not out until 2013...so it's not the original Carrie movie is it?  Lots of blood in that one...not so much with the body parts though

Other than that I won't be much help.  Never been a big fan of horror movies (which this definitely looks like it is??) but I haven't watched a proper horror movie since The Grudge (original Japanese version) scared the crap out of me....
