Nice video. And I understand the problematic he's describing. Admitting that something's apparently wrong with your body (probably especially if (hopefully) not permanent) isn't what you like to do. Talking about it to someone neither; especially not if the wrong thing is in more private/taboo parts of the body.

And I wonder what that weird "game" is where the video footage is from. I think I've maybe seen something about this long long ago, but I'm really not sure.
