two years ago on a friday morning the police arrived at my office to arrest a (now ex-)colleague. The guy kept a collecting of illegal pics and even managed to record filthy stuff during work hours (=wtf). At that same moment the police raided his house to take all his stuff.. and yes.. his wife and kids were home.

I wonder... if you say he's your boss, I guess you're talking about the pirate party (so the pirate party and the pirate bay website are actually directly connected... didn't really know that). What I wonder is, how did he try to get into the european parliament for the finnish pirate party, if he's your boss (meaning he's swedish and in the swedish pirate party)? Wouldn't he need to be finnish for that? Or does he have a double-citizenship and is a member of both (finnish and swedish) pirate parties? If that's even possible. *confused*

Also kinda funny how they put the founders of the pirate bay in prison, while the site itself is still up and running (despite the "servers being raided" 8 years ago).  ::)

NOP, you're wrong. He's not been part of the Pirate Party until he candidated for the EP now this election.
I however work at Flattr since 2011.

Also if you just read the article I linked and read the linked articles within that you will get the answers to everything you got wrong (everything you said). :-P
Or you know, basic research like the Wikipedia article about the guy, tpb or pirate party.

I'm too tired after my exam to explain to you why you're wrong.

Also if you just read the article I linked

Well, that's what I did. How else should I know that he was a candidate for the EU-parliament for Finland's pirate party. How else should I actually know who he is anyway... I've never heard of that guy before, and I think the last (and also first) time I've heard something about pirate bay was 8 years ago. ^^

Awesome. He should write a book with the title "How to become an EU-parliament candidate for a party you've just joined the other day". xD

Well, I neither know what Flattr is, nor did I read anything about it in the article you've linked (nor did I know that you work there). So yeah. What I do (think to) know is, that you're a pirate party representative (I think I've read that somewhere on your blog or so that I've found a couple months ago; don't remember exactly), so I drew my conclusions assumptions from that. ^^

Or you know, basic research like the Wikipedia article about the guy, tpb or pirate party.

Well, why should I do 20-40 minutes of research about a guy I've never heard about before, just to answer one (maybe two or three) little question(s) that you could also answer me in a matter of two minutes at most? Sounds like a silly thing to do (aka massive waste of time).

Well, yeah. Still far less effort for you to answer them, than for me doing extensive research. ^^

Anyway; not like I'm gonna force you to answer them (not like I could anyway xD). It''s just that if someone brings something up and leaves so many things (that are required to fully understand it) unanswered, it kinda bugs me. Thus, I've asked. :)

It is not EXTENSIVE research it's basic research. When I am so tired, that I know that answering your questions will take longer than me going to bed and passing out, I rather have YOU do the basic 5min research yourself.

From the article:

He was also involved in various tech-startups, including the micro-donation service Flattr and the NSA-proof messenger app Heml.is, for which he raised more than $150,000 through a crowd-funding campaign.

And the Pirate party isn't a job, so he wouldn't be a boss of anyone there :D

Not 5min, but 30. Depending on the actual size of those articles. And I also don't want to read his entire biography and the history of the pirate party, the pirate party in Sweden and the history of the pirate bay just to get 2-3 answers that I know you will be able to tell me in 3-5 sentences without even having to look it up first. ^^

No joke; I've totally overread the part where it says "Flattr". My brain must have skipped (or just almost instantly forgotten) that partly, since it didn't really tell me anything. Oh, and it says he WAS involved...it doesn't say that he actually was or even is the boss of one of those companies. He might just have supported the founders of those companies, without actually working there himself. ^^

Well dunno... like I said; I think I've read somewhere the word "representative" or so... to me, that sounds like giving interviews and holding speeches and stuff on behalf of the party, which you might get paid for. And if he'd be one of the higher-ups or at least more influential guys in the party (after all, he was a candidate for the EU-parliament... I would never have guessed that you can actually join a party and the next day be a candidate for ANYTHING... and then even the EU-parliament xD (or maybe it's possible ONLY for the EU-parliament? Since nobody takes that seriously anyway, so it doesn't really matter? ;))), so he'd technically be "your boss". ^^

Last time I ignored you, you got really upset, but seriously.
For everyone else's well being I have to do it again. Fuck that, for my own I have to.

Especially since I've explained a lot of times during the past few days, in different forms, how tired and exhausted I am.

See you around Saturn.

Huh, what.

Apparently not everyone is capable of talking about the same topic for longer than two or three posts. Doesn't really matter in this case, though. After all, my initial questions were pretty much answered, so I don't see where exactly the "problem" is here. Whatever. Thanks for the answers you've given me. ^^

Edit: And I really hope you find some time to relax soon, since being perma-exhausted and stuff isn't good for your health. :)
