Hotness!
Also, why not updates about last night's game?

Apparently I worked today?
Both teams played well and had equal chances. It was more interesting to watch than the previous one-sided game :)
Penalty kicks are always a gamble and it worked out for Argentina.

Like many other Dutch I'd never expected the team to make it past the group stage; every match won came as a surprise :p
Germany will take the cup Sunday.

Pffft 34celsius, without any wind.. Too hot for biking to work, but did it anyway :0

Come to Switzerland; we've got lots of rain, permanently grey sky and 15 degrees at most. For days already. And it's most likely not gonna change until somewhen next week. -_-

I sometimes wonder if it's november already, or if the weather really is acting very weird currently.

Dat feeling when you come home after being away for a while, take a nice shower and then cuddle your own, comfy bed!

^^

And then you think something like "It was awesome, but now I'm hooooooooomeeeeee agaiiiiiiiinnn!!! <3"

XD

(okay, maybe that's just me o.o) ^^

More or less that.
But first I had to make my bed. But the sheets were clean and waiting on my bed, after a friend stayed at my place for the duration.

The feeling after being on a boat for 3 weeks and getting a real bathroom / shower was much better though.

Nope, it's not just you! I have a hard time getting a good night's sleep in other beds than my own (if not extremely exhausted). For example, when I met up with Maloki, I woke up after only 3(ish) hours of sleep  ::)

Haha; I can imagine that! :D

Ewww. Aww. Poor you. ^^

That usually only happens to me if the place where I sleep isn't that comfortable, and then (usually) only the first night. I remember when I stayed at a friends home for a few days once, I've slept on a sofa that was probably around 60x170cm (me being 184cm). The first night I had a hard time falling asleep and then woke up a couple times. The second night, I already fell asleep and slept through like it would be a real bed haha. Or that one time in military... sleeping on a concrete floor (inside a building) with only a thin mat between floor and sleeping bag. After the first night, many body-parts were hurting. The second night was no problem anymore. But then again... I also had some first nights in actual beds where I didn't sleep that well. And other, less comfortable first nights where I (almost) slept like a baby haha (for example last year in military... on top of some mountain, in an old stable... concrete floor (although I managed to get TWO of those thin mats iirc), it was completely dark and very foggy, and also kinda cold... slept surprisingly well xD).

I hope you'll be able to sleep well during the meeting in August! :)

Yeah I'm back home and hardly feel like gaming.

I'm fiddling, tidying up, planning..

beds are overrated... on holiday even the hot concrete slabs next to the swimming pool felt more comfortable to lie down on than the silly soft beds outside  ^_^
