Silly war they've started ^^
Allthough I think this counter is about on the same level
There are alot of "fake geek girls" (I know several) and I don't mind, good conversation starters anyway ^^
I think it loops back to what fake actually is. Or how we perceive it.
What level of geekyness counts for you, what type of orientation of geekyness counts and so forth.
I mean I know plenty of geeky women who's interest might not be that of the "typical geek" and on the side of that like Dr Who and will thus wear a t-shirt because they like it.
Myself I sold one of my random grab bag tees of Super Natural because I did not know the show (i'd heard of it not seen it) and at the same time made a bet with my friend that if it sold for a bit more than whatever price, I would watch the show because it meant it was popular.
I mean there's different types of geeky, isn't there?
