DW has its anniversary on august 9th and the meeting will be set for that weekend. For the location the most likely locations are somewhere in Belgium and the Netherlands however also northern Germany and Denmark would be possibilities depending on how many people will come and where it is most convenient to host it.

and if a long travel would prevent ppl, from perhaps the same country, to visit the meeting we might host it on different locations

Apparently I'm job and apartment/room hunting. My Flatmates told me that I'm quite likely to be without a home at the beginning of March yesterday.

I went to look at a room today, you should have seen the surprise in their faces when I told them I already was looking at something :D Moah!

Unfortunately the room wasn't a good fit.
